Resort Fees
Mandatory security deposit fee is 100 GBP . Only Credit Cards accepted.
The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check out, subject to an inspection of the property.


Parking Restrictions
Limited parking onsite
No large vehicle parking

Minimum Checkin Age : Minimum age check-in is 18.
Pets : No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Smoking Restrictions : No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
Fees charged for some utilities.
The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests. For information in relation to works which may be happening during your holiday, please contact the Resort directly.

Parking spaces in the resort´s car park are limited to one car per accommodation. No commercial or heavy goods vehicles, including vans, are allowed in the car park. The property is located on a clifftop. Some areas have steps and steep gradients.
Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.
Please contact Resort for any late bookings {24/48 hours prior to check in} to arrange arrival details.
Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay.
A fee is charged for pool & beach towels. If arriving after midnight, please contact the resort in advance for check-in procedures.
Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
