Resort Important Information

* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your RCI membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in.
* Non-smoking units: Sun City will not allow smoking in any of the units. The ashtrays in the units are for use on the patio only.
* Hubbly bubblyies or hookah pipes banned.
* No access is granted into the Palace Hotel.
* Check-out is at 10h00. Any late check-out will be charged per hour.
* Valley of Waves Operating Schedule:  Open from 9am to 6pm in the Summer and 10 to 5pm in the Winter. With life guards on duty.
* Vacation Club Pool: The Vacation Club Pool at reception is solar heated.
* Please contact the resort for late arrivals.
** Please note: The Valley of Waves is closed annually for approximately a month prior to the June school holidays - all other swimming pools are available during this time. **
** Please note: only 2 cars will be allowed per reservation. Guest numbers will be monitored.**
